NTC Moldes e Plásticos provides customer service in accordance with specific needs. The company has its own design department in order to develop exclusive molds with safety and confidentiality, fully respecting the demands of each part.
ISO 9001:2000 certified, NTC produces molds with international quality levels, whether based on an idea, a drawing, or even from a prototype.
Highly trained and seasoned engineers and technicians ensure the correct execution of each project, which results in a perfect injection experience.
NTC works with the most recent software, making it possible to identify and foresee any problems on the designs as well as ensure greater precision, agility, and reliability during the try-outs. This includes a Flow Analysis system (Cadmould 3D-F) as well as qualified technicians for carrying out the product fill analyses, estimating clamping forces, and foreseeing seam lines and gas escape. Furthermore, the entire mold design in done in 3D to make movement, joint, and extraction simulations possible.

- 1 licenses Cadmould 3D-F.
The engineering team guides each customer in choosing the most adequate material for producing their mold based on information such as final price of the product, durability, and number of cavities.
