Different than most of the mold industries where the injection tests have to be done in other companies, NTC's injection try-outs take place at the plant itself, without losing time. This not only streamlines the process, but it also makes it possible for the customer to follow closely the quality and productivity check of each mold.
NTC produces at a quality level certified by ISO 9001:2000. The duration of this warrantee can be established either by the time that the mold will be used or by its number of cycles.
NNTC assigns a specialized technician to carry out additional tests with the customer in order to ensure its quality when delivering each mold that comes off the production lines. Furthermore, the customer receives a manual with all the mold's technical specifications.
NTC has an exclusive option for those Clients that need to reduce their costs without, however, compromising on quality: the production of molds in China. The design of each part is completely developed by NTC in Brazil and then sent to China to be produced by local suppliers that have been carefully selected based on their technical quality.
The entire machining process of the molds is monitored by NTC employees living in China and the Brazilian company has full responsibility for carrying out the original design, all the way from selecting the materials to the try-outs done in China as well as the approval and shipping to Brazil. The mold is inspected and tested in Brazil in order to certify its quality.
